Coto Technology has announced the release of its new CotoMOS® S117X, a High-Voltage Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET Relay. This cutting-edge relay is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of various high-voltage applications, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Factory Automation Control, Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations, Solar Inverters, and Smart Grids.

Coto Technology has moved into its newly-constructed, expanded manufacturing facility in Mexicali, Mexico. Located just across the U.S./Mexico Border, the new building is twice the size of Coto’s previous Mexicali location, a short distance away.

Coto Technology has announced the release of its new CotoMOS® C236S, C224S and C241S Series of miniature size high-current MOSFET relays. Designed for use in Automatic Test Equipment, Industrial Controls, and Measurement & Instrumentation applications, these relays are also ideal for use in Security systems and AI applications requiring low ON resistance.

Coto Technology introduces its new, readily available 9853 Series Reed Relay that offers the same electrical performance and PCB layout as Coto’s popular 9852 J-lead.
